Willie Simpson, Founder of and Director at Simpsons Attorneys, previously served as director at a large Bellville-based firm before deciding to start his own practice in 1994. Simpsons has since become a well-recognised, leading legal practice, specialising in the Law of Delict. Willie has done ground-breaking work in claiming damages for clients and has vast experience in all facets of delictual law, high court litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings.

Backed by 20 years’ experience in personal injury litigation, admitted attorney, Collette Julyan, serves as a Director at Simpsons Attorneys. Her career kicked off at the Road Accident Fund, which affords her unique insight into RAF claims.

Tamlyn Melville was admitted as an Attorney in December 2010 and has since practised in our Civil Litigation Department in her capacity as Director.
Tamlyn specialises in Personal Injury Law. She is very passionate about achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and has a special interest in Road Accident Fund claims and medical negligence.
After obtaining her qualification, Kimberley Ross commenced her articles in Pretoria and was admitted as an attorney in June 2015. She relocated to Cape Town in 2017, when she also joined Simpsons Attorneys. She currently works in the Civil Litigation Department, specifically dealing with personal injury law.
Kimberley’s experience in insurance law has also seen her serving large South African commercial insurance companies in recovery, liability and general litigation. Her portfolio also includes material damage recoveries and disputes.

Annerine is a dynamic, dedicated and motivated attorney who joined Simpsons Attorneys in January 2018.
After graduating with a BA in International Studies from Stellenbosch University in 2012, she enrolled for the post-graduate LLB at the same institution where she graduated in 2015. Her journey at Simpsons Attorneys commenced during her second year of articles, during which she gained invaluable experience in personal injury law, Road Accident Fund claims and matters pertaining to medical malpractice. She has also completed a short course in medical malpractice to ensure that she can provide the best possible assistance to clients. She was admitted as an attorney in May 2019 and hopes to make a difference in the lives of those who cross her path.
