Due to the often difficult personal circumstances of our clients, we have appointed dedicated drivers to transport them to their different appointments, thereby ensuring that they arrive safely and on time, free of charge. This also means making it as comfortable as possible for them should they have to wait for an appointment, like the time when a Simpsons client was booked into a guest house so that they wouldn’t have to spend 4 hours waiting on a train, or the day when a client had to see a specialist and one of the secretaries at Simpsons used her lunch hour to buy shoes and socks so that the client didn’t have to show up with bare feet.
