Willie Simpson obtained a BA LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch and has been an attorney since 1989. He started Simpsons Attorneys as a sole practitioner in 1994. Tamlyn Melville obtained a BCom Law degree as well as an LLB at NMMU after which she completed her articles specialising in general litigation and personal injury law. Tamlyn joined Simpsons in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in December of the same year. Victoria Loubser graduated from UNISA with an LLB. degree in 2017. She went on to obtain an LLM. degree from the Introduction to U.S. Studies situated in San Francisco. After graduating, she gained extensive international experience in the field of personal injury whereafter she joined the team at Simpsons Attorneys in 2021. Victoria is a determined litigator and problem solver who always has her client’s best interests at heart.

Talitha graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2023 with an LLB. degree. She joined Simpsons Attorneys in 2024 as a Candidate Attorney, where she has utilised her vast practical experience, she gained during her studies. Talitha approaches her work with compassion and an unwavering commitment to make a meaningful contribution to the South African justice system.

Nadia graduated from the University of Stellenbosch in 2023 with an LLB. degree. She joined Simpsons Attorneys in 2024 as a Candidate Attorney, where she has made an impact through her strong work ethic, extraordinary organisational skills and passion for people.

Phozeka Velaphi joined Simpsons as our in-house translator and client liaison officer in 2022. She graduated from UWC in 2019 with a BA degree in Psychology.

Phozeka's ability to fluently converse in Afrikaans, English and Xhosa, affirms her crucial role with Simpsons whereby she facilitates communication with our clients on a daily basis. Her words to live by are to "never lose heart".

Suzanne Fritz joined Simpsons in 2014 as a finance clerk and due to her exceptional work ethic over the years, she progressed to her current role as Office Manager.

Suzanne engages closely with the Directors and other role players to ensure the firm internal operational success.

Suzanne believes that "success is not final, failure is not fatal – it is the courage to continue that counts".

Hermie Voster completed his studies in financial management at Boland College in 2007, whereafter he gained valuable experience at several accounting firms before joining Simpsons Attorneys as the Financial Administrator in 2012.
