Phozeka Velaphi joined Simpsons as our in-house translator and client liaison officer in 2022. She graduated from UWC in 2019 with a degree in BA Psychology. Phozeka’s ability to fluently converse in Afrikaans, English and Xhosa, affirms her crucial role with Simpsons whereby she facilitates communication with our clients on a daily basis. Her words to live by are to “never lose heart”.
